Question Answered (:

My question is here :-
Y=X+1
5X+Y-4Z=5
5X+2Z=14 BY SUBSTITUTION METHOD

What I would do is substitute the first equation into the second one, Since the first equation gives you the "Y" variable by itself:

5x+x+1-4Z=5

Then, combine like terms:

6x-4z=4

From here, solve for one of the variables.. in this case, i'll solve for z.

-4z=-6x+4
z=3/2x-1

Now, substitute the calculated variable into the 3rd equation:

5x+2(3/2x-1)=14
5x+3x-2=14
8x=16
x=2

Take the value of "X" and substitute back into the formula when you had to solve for z :

z=3/2(2)-1
z=3-1
z=2

Substitute these 2 given variables into the orginial equation to find the third variable and voila.
